"The only draw back when ordering a Uber is that the addresses are not really recognized by the drivers. They just drive around, and not all of them have the Uber sign on the roof, some only have the Warsaw taxi logo on the door. Makes confusing for travellers like me. But I will say that they are very nice and polite. All and all great place to stay and lots to see"

Suggestions: • No place to open luggage unless you place it in the living room, on the bed’s clean sheets, then take out the contents and place in the cup-board. If you are there for 3-4 days, hardly worth the effort; much easier to work out of the suitcase. • Would be prudent to provide a roll of paper towels • Would be nice to provide a pod...

"Quality of the apartments was decent. We booked several apartments for a family trip. Unfortunately we had units on various floors, this was an issue because you can only go to the floor of your own apartment (key fob needed for elevator only allows you to your floor). "

"The location of this apartment was right on the square of old town. We walked clear across town to the Samsung building for dinner and all around. The apartment was clean with comfortable beds. Everything worked except the coffee machine. I appreciate the free bottle of champagne. "

"Unterm Strich gut aber das Studio wurde beworben als geeignet für 4 Personen und dafür war das leider zu eng. Wenn das Schlafsofa ausgeklappt war mussten drei Erwachsene auf dem Sofa klettern, um zu Toilette zu gehen. Außerdem war die Matratze vom Schlafsofa ziemlich dreckig."

"The reception of the hotel is on the other side of the city. The apartment in itself was very stylish and nice. Cleaning not so good. Basic stuff where missing. Bed linen was too small for the bed which was very strange and just felt cheap. "

"This was one of the best places we've ever stayed. It was completely outfitted with everything a traveler could need, plus it was in a great location. The apartment itself was in a mixed-use area close to the central train station. It had plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, but it was off the beaten path so it was peaceful and quiet. "Booked a Balcony room on Expedia, but was given an attic room instead as it was the ONLY room left, because apparently the hotel was not informed by Expedia of the room type booking. Clean was clean and bed was comfortable. Wifi was horrible, no sustained connection, wifi connection kept dropping and was not able to hold. No reception staff at the main desk, need to call them and they will come down to greet you. "
