Holiday Inn Express Warsaw Wirport does not exist

My review is not about hotel itself but about misleading and fake information at hotels.com. There is no such a hotel Holiday Inn Express Warsaw Airport. it does not exist since more than 2 years. it was taken over by Ibis Styles Warsaw Airport which is at the same address and building. Ibis hotel is fine at all means, just small minus is ongoing exterior renovation. My point is that hotels.com still accepts reservations for Holiday Inn, and the same does Ibis who has taken over Holiday inn. When you arrive to the hotel with reservation in Holiday Inn, the Ibis congratulates you with the paid parking and breakfast, which previously were free of charge in Holiday Inn. surely it is not Ibis fault. it is Hotels.com issue. i have had to contact 6 times gold clients support until finally they admitted the mistake (you can still clearly see written free breakfast and parking at their description of the Holiday Inn hotel). Don't book Holiday Inn Express Warsaw Airport unless you want to improve your skill in claiming compensation :)

Das war insgesamt unser 3. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Der erste nach Corona-Lockerungen. Es fehlt sofort auf, dass das Personal reduziert wurde. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nur noch etwa die Hälfte vom dem, an welches wir in diesem Hotel gewohnt waren. Es wird nicht mehr abgeräumt. Die Tische, obwohl als desinfiziert markiert, sind dreckig. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Badezimmer hat in den letzten zwei Jahren keine entkalkende Reinigung gesehen. Die Matratze des Kinder- bzw. Zustellbettes war Schrott, durchgelesen, so dass man jede einzelne Feder mit bloßem Auge erkennen konnte. Die ursprüngliche Parkgebühr von 15PLN (ca. 4EUR) ist auf den Schildern auf Schnelle mit 35PLN überlebt. Einfach armselig. Mein Fazit: das Hotel hat sein sehr gutes Angebot an Qualität, Comfort und Dienstleistung doch sehr drastisch reduziert. Wir werden hier nie wieder zu Gast sein. Schade.

Habitué à une autre chaîne d'hôtels, je pensais être mieux servi dans un holiday mais ce n'est pas le cas. Seul point positif : l'hôtel situé près de l'aéroport est calme, bien insonorisé et on n'entend ni la route ni les avions. Le parking pour la nuit est trop cher pour cette zone aux vastes espaces, nous avons payé moins cher pour la journée entière en centre ville. Guère de mesures de protection mises en œuvres (par rapport aux autres hôtels). Nettoyage : le wc était sale en arrivant ! La literie est confortable. L'eau chaude met 5 bonnes minutes à arriver !
