"Self - checking which is good but the property had old furniture bit damaged and a chair with a screw coming though which was a bit of unpleasant surprise, window wasn't closing peoperly and ir had bed bugs. When i complaint they moved me to another apartment that had outdated furniture, window that didn't close properly and bed bugs too. When i complaint again and asked for compensation (which i think they should be offering) i received 10% discount on next booking which you get anyway as...

"Mooie grote schone kamer, alles aanwezig net als thuis. Zoals belooft na 3 dagen kamer schoon gemaakt, bed verschoond, nieuwe handdoeken. Ontbijt in diverse restaurantjes voor ons 2 verschillende ( meer is mogelijk) prima ontbijt 5 of 6 verschillende soorten ontbijt. Als je voor 14.30 arriveert even bellen en je kunt je koffers weg zetten en de stad in gaan. Werkt het zelfde bij vertrek om 11.00. Prima appartement we zouden daar zo weer naar terug gaan. Metrostation is op 7/10 min.lopen. prima...

"Apartment centrally located near main train station and major thoroughfare. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds. Kitchen has necessary utensils. Nice place to stay. "

"Good stay overall, clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, the listing was misleading because the kitchen shown in the pictures did not exist at all. The TV also did not work during our stay. Because of these issues, we decided to leave one day early. With more accurate photos and better maintenance, this place could be much better."

"+ zentrale Lage im Zentrum gegenüber Hauptbahnhof, hochwertige Einrichtung. - mit Zugangscodes für Hauseingang und Treppenhaus ließ sich keine der Türen öffnen. Zum Glück öffneten uns Hausbewohner und im Zimmer fand sich ein Transponder, mit dem es funktionierte. - Geschirr und Besteck gab es nur in zweifacher Ausführung, womit eine Spülmaschine eigentlich überflüssig ist. Das haben wir noch nirgends in Europa so erlebt. - Der Spiegelschrank war so hoch montiert, dass sich kleine Personen gar...

"Excellent breakfast. Great location, on major bus lines. We stayed for a week and did not get any room cleaning services. We’re not dirty people, so that’s ok, but you need to be aware that there are no cleaning room services during your stay."

"We’ve just returned from a great stay here. I’ll be honest, I didn’t realise when I booked it that it wasn’t a typical hotel and it made me feel a bit nervous after reading a couple of reviews suggesting the check it process was difficult. However, the host was very helpful and provided the information in the way they said they would. We checked in online via a link and the check in process was made very clear to us. It was a lovely clean place and the bed was super comfortable."
