We are sad to read your rating. You had booked a large family apartment for 2 adults, for which you had received a confirmation email of your booking details. Upon your arrival you confirmed that you had also bought your children with you, however, you refused to pay for the children to stay. Our staff were not rude, they politely explained the additional cost for each of your children, which you abruptly declined to pay...For any future online bookings you make, we suggest you check the information you are entering to save you any embarrassment of being asked to pay for your children, that you did not include in your original booking...Small businesses like ours relies on the honesty of all our guests to help us keep our doors open, especially after the horror two years of covid lockdowns....

May we suggest you consider one of our Brand New Superior Cabins for your next stay - these are very modern & with all the bells & whistles...

Hi Peter, the communal facilities, are boutique in size and are for the campsites only, thus the reason your your cabin has its own bathroom. As for the park rules, it was unfortunate that our security staff had to speak with your teenagers on several occasions for behaving in an unsafe manner around other families and young children. Your teenagers were asked to return to their cabin, on more than 1 occasion, as they were being very loud, in the early hours of the morning & disturbing others guests trying to sleep. We had hoped that you would assist us in educating your teenagers on being considerate of other guests, however that was not the case...

Hi Laura, if you are someone that feels the cold, like I do, then you may wish to consider one of our Apartments next time, these are fitted with split system heating/cooling, thus you are able to better control the desired temperature in your room. Although, the cabin has a supply of spare blankets to also assist you, during your stay

Hi Angie, you booked an Economy Ensuite Chalet, the pictures show clearly that it is a very cosy cabin, but still with all the comforts of home. Given the dates you had chosen, we did have our larger family apartments available, which may have appealed to your more - but, we can only help, if you let us know, while you are with us, there is no point complaining after you have departed,as you have not given us the option of rectifying your concern. As for the cabin you booked, it is very popular with families, that are on a budget, so that they can still give their children a holiday and after 2 years of COVID lockdowns, everyone deserves a holiday. Next time you book, we suggest you book directly with the accommodation provider so that they can clearly address your requirements.
