"Wonderful and welcoming "old school" motel on the Rockport/Rockland border. Beautiful trees and greenery insulate the property from the road noise of Route 1. Our room had a back porch looking out on trees and flowers. Friendly staff welcomed us, and greeted us again for our free and delicious breakfast on the breezy cool porch of the main house. My wife and I will stay here again on our next trip to Maine. Five Stars!"

"Basci clean however when u really lo9k in bathroom needs a serious cleaning. TV blurry, no breaksfast cold coffee, e things was pick over at 7am just not very appetizing room was dirty, the photography showed waterfront instead our view was in noisy parking lot . Will not stay again and I think I was charged incorrectly and will have to look into it."

"Room was clean upon arrival. Bathroom had a urine smell that was unpleasant, although the motel was recently renovated. The room was loud due to traffic and the A/C unit was blasting when on. This was the most uncomfortable thing. I slept with headphones and my children used earbuds. Overall we had a ok stay."
