"For the cost of the hotel, we were pretty disappointed. We expected better service throughout the weekend
I had called 3x to confirm that a crib will be in our room upon our arrival as we were going to be there close to our son’s bedtime. I called to confirm on our way to the hotel as well, and they said it was already there. Going to our room, it was not and it took close to an hour to get one, throwing our sons entire bedtime off.
Later that evening, I asked front desk for a blanket I could sit outside with. They said they would bring it out, over an hour later and a few follow ups no one showed up.
I had also asked someone to turn the fire pit on so I could enjoy sitting outside, and again no one assisted.
Overall, it was a pleasant weekend but we were disappointed in the service."
