"On the lake"

"Curtain was falling off the rod; floor was dirty; towels were non-absorbent so it required at least two to dry off from shower; water temp was good but no pressure from shower head; one lamp in the room appeared to be broken but we didn’t touch it so not sure; and air conditioner made loud whining noises continuously but still didn’t cool room well All in all in poor state of repair "

"Waited 15 minutes at the Reception disc until someone showed up to check me in. Staff are not so friendly. Rooms are not clean. There are insects and roaches on the floor and on the sink counter. This is not the first time I have bad experiences with this Hotel unfortunately it’s the only hotel in town so I had to stay in it again otherwise I wouldn’t approach it"

"I have been wanting to stay at this hotel for a while and it did not disappoint. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff is fantastic, the beds and room are comfortable, and the free continental breakfast is simple but delicious. My only issue was seeing some of the ceiling issues around the sprinkler heads and some water damage near the shower. These were all minimal compared to everything else. We will definitely stay here again!"
