"Room was not cleaned. Check in is at a different location, so not easy to go back to the other property for assistance. They did try to accomodate another room right away. Also had booked a cabin with a fireplace on Expedia, but they only get notified that you book a cabin. Be careful if you're booking the cabin with pull out couch due to having 3 people. Bed was comfortable, but linens were not very soft. Kitchen was well stocked. "

"I really wanted to like this place, but overall it just wasn’t worth the price. The hotel felt small and drab, and the carpets throughout were dirty and unpleasant. There was no fan in the bathroom, the walls were very thin, and the room had a lingering smell that made the stay less comfortable. On the positive side, the blackout curtains worked extremely well, which made it easy to sleep in. The wall heaters also worked fine and kept the room warm. The staff were friendly and kind, which I appreciated. And of course, the surrounding area is always beautiful."

"Room was very clean and well-maintained. Property was beautiful. We stayed for a hockey tournament and will definitely be back next year!"

"Check in was easy but room needed a few things to spruce it up. There was a small table on each side of the bed but only one light. I had to move a floor lamp to get light on the other side of the bed, but if someone wanted to sit in a chair and read then the lamp need to be moved back. The lights had 3-way switches but used single bulbs. If I'm paying that much for a room, you can afford to get 3-way bulbs! There was a plastic OJ lid on the floor and some other plastic film on the floor that stayed there for several days. The cleaning person should pay more attention to the corners of the room. The view was OK (partial view due to trees) but that's better than cutting every tree down. Convenient walk into town for dinner and shopping."
