"Nice bonus sink and two small burners, I was not expecting a kitchenette with dishes and probably some pans. Next time bring some food to cook, because there really aren't a lot of restaurants from which to choose, in the Yosemite vicinity. Very large room. Nice hot tub and refreshing swimming pool. Only a couple of them were open, as we were there in early May."

"Our stay was glamping, a tent like structure with as very nice bed. Other than the idiot who hit his car alarm twice in the middle of the night all went as planned. Community shower was clean and not crowded. It was 20 minutes from the park so a rationale drive!"

"This property does not honor third party reservation request. They will give people who book through their site priority for booking no matter whom booked first. Be aware of it. I was told the room had been renovated .The room was not a clean room. Wallpaper pealing off wall. Enough dust in the room to make anyone wheeze . I took a cloth wiped one inch on the baseboard.The kitchen facet was loose and worked poorly. The sheets were yellowed.The walls dirty. The tub has jets in it. We were afraid to use it for fear of what would come out. If one can scrap stuff off a jet or tub it is not clean. The bathroom sink sprayed water all over the counter. There were no coffee cups. This room was considered a kitchenette . I asked for an oven with booking. I did not get one. I was told the only room availiable with an oven would cost 200$ more a night. We were there for 5 days. The quality of this lodge has gone down in the last few years. What you pay for is the location to Yosemite."

"Our room was well laid out, and had all the necessary amenities. No fancy carpeting, but the floors were probably cleaner. There was ample lighting. Our only complaint was that it was hard to plug in a CPAP machine, since the extra outlets were hidden behind the heavy queen-sized beds. There were plenty of outlets in other parts of the room. The shower was very good. Plenty of hot water. The Keurig machine was welcome, and extra pods, tea bags, etc., were available in the office. The staff (of one woman) was exceedingly helpful. She recommended two restaurants and suggested we check them out online--we chose the one right next door, which had excellent food and a friendly atmosphere. All in all, we enjoyed our one-night stay. The location was convenient for sightseeing, too."

"Nice heated pool. The food was excellent at the restaurant and the lodge store had a big selection of food, drinks, and souvenirs. The balconies are a great place to relax. FYI, the lodge is 2.5 hours from the west and south entrances to Yosemite. The road is slow and curvy through the mountains. "

"It had everything you would expect from a 1 star motel. We had to travel to another location for check in (it was not communicated beforehand). The room was very dirty, stains everywhere. Toilet didn't flush properly. The room had a terrible smell. The air conditioning was very loud, probably technology of 50 years ago. The sheets and towels were very old. One of the towels was so old that it was ripped. The location was decent. 30 minutes drive from Yosemite Valley. So, if you want to pay 300+ USD for an OK location, this is your place. Otherwise, avoid it at all costs. I would never stay here again. "
