"Very family friendly to spend a day there!"

"A relaxing and full service resort"

"This was am amazing stay whilst on a 3 day cycling tour on the East Coast. The staff were amazing - helpful, kind and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the private hot spring in the room was just perfect after a long day on the bikes. There was free pour over coffee tasting, a delicious evening buffet and just the best breakfast I've had throughout my 3 weeks in Taiwan. There was a swimming pool (we did not use it) and peaceful grounds to wander round. I can't rate this property...

"Great property with great views! The in room hot spring was excellent. "

"OCEAN VIEW."

"Best hot spring stay in Taiwan! Friendly staff and tasty breakfast . Definitely will stay here again if I come back to Ruisui"

"fairly new estate, wonderful eco-garden pool is not heated but well design breakfast can be improved"

"外場服務員貼心準備熱水，親切問候，服務用心，超讚的住宿體驗👍請老闆加薪"

"Hosts are friendly and gracious. Rooms are big and well furnished. Breakfasts are delicious and stylishly presented. We also enjoyed the parting gifts of fruits grown from their field. That is a very touching gesture. The only thing I can suggest to improve is to add some seats/chairs and a table to the balcony."

"We had a wonderful time here! The room was large and comfortable for a family of four. We liked the quirky bird decorations and had fun identifying the native ones we have seen. I loved the balcony with an ocean view and the rooftop a for a more 360 degree view. It was our first time to Hualien area and loved the quiet and peaceful road this hotel was located on. The owner was so helpful and generous. We enjoyed the Taiwanese breakfast buffet, especially the radish cakes! Definitely will return....

"Amazing place right by the sea with huge rooms. Dinner has to be pre booked and is at 18.00 but we had a wonderful sea food hot pot. A special place."

"Clean room, quite, good breakfast, and friendly staff"

"I stayed here with my family for 2 nights and really enjoyed all the amenities and the breakfast! Staff were all really nice, especially Esther at the front desk who helped answer my questions about Sun moon lake activities and helped us plan out our schedule! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Taiwan !"

"Extremely nice private spa with a garden in the luxury room. "

"Love regional service with plenty of food for dinner and breakfast all provided as part of the cost."

"Hotel is in a quiet location. Spacious room, good sized bathroom all very clean. Nice ocean view from the 6th floor. Breakfast was wonderful with a large selection of food items to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Amazing location. Staff was super friendly and helpful"

"If you like live on the lake, it is the best choice, good service."

"This place is outdated and dirty. And the beds are just as hard as hard as stone"
