"Fantastic hotel with Virtual check-in and check-out. It is very modern and beautifully designed. Having virtual keys that ypu dont risk to lose is a plus! The common area in the first floor is beautiful and coffee and tea is included. You can also use the kitchen to prepare meals or store your food"

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The hotel is extremely well located right in the center of Bern close to the train station so transportation was easy. We had excellent service from Vera at the front desk. She was extremely friendly and went out of her way to tell us everything we needed to know right down to how to swim in the river safely. There are many special touches to the hotel lobby, including a great gathering space and even a free welcome drink. Loved our stay."

"The property, the people, the entire staff did a wonderful job. The Swiss people are testament of What good looks like. We never saw a single staff reading their cell phone at any time. The hotel is impeccable. The Swiss much like the Germans and the Austrians should be deployed to Latin America, Asia, and the Caribbean to really show people how to get the job done. "Excellent location / friendly staff / good room / older hotel but well maintained / comfortable bed / included a ticket for public transport during the stay which i think is a great idea / we had a room towards the front therefore it was a bit noisy from the Trams in front of the hotel but that did not bother us.
