Location is great, close to shops, train station, with plenty of parking at the property and staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had stayed at this property a few years ago but it's looking a little run down now and needs a few repairs in the room. There was no soap to wash your hands (it hadn't been refilled), bed wasn't comfortable and wasn't overly clean. Hopefully the new owners can address these issues.

Hi Sarah,Thank you for your stay and feedback. We have provided the 24-hours/ 365 days phone number (in all rooms, reception, entry and online) for any issues. We are present in the reception between 9am and 10pm. It would have been nice if you have approached us during your stay.We kept 1000 ml of body wash and 500 ml of hand wash in all the rooms for the convenience of our guests. Our professional staff clean our rooms and qualified tradesmen look after the maintenance.We have been upgrading our motel for last one year and getting very positive reviews from our guests. Given the age of the property, it was reasonably clean and tidy. Room was a bit musty at first but after having the aircon operating for a while it was ok. Lack of soap and shampoo and conditioner didn't impress.

Hi Phil,Thank you for your stay and feedback. You would agree that rooms get a little warm in summer and requires air-conditioner (for freshness) which is available for our guests in all the rooms on arrival. All our rooms have 500ml of Liquid antibacterial hand-soap near the basin for the hand-wash and 1000ml of Shampoo+ Conditioner+ Body-wash (special formula supplied by our motel supplier). We assume that this is sufficient for our guests to use during their stay and not many motels would provide these much in quantity! I am not sure why you wrote lack of soap, shampoo and conditioner. All our rooms + reception and online show information that we are approachable 24-hours if you have any issues during your stay. However, you did not ask for anything and wrote online. We suggest you to contact the host for any confusion during your stay.

Location of the property is really good close to Kmart, Coles and restaurants. Room was not really great, bit dated, shower was really small.

I stayed for 1 night and the motel was easy to find in the middle of Wangaratta. Coles, Subway, McDonalds and Kmart are a short walk away for convenience. Other restaurants are only a 5 min drive away. My room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The room you booked had 3 single beds (standard size) in it. Please book a Queen bed room if you need bigger size next time.

This was a $120 to $150 per night hotel pricing itself at over $200. Dated. Okay for overnight if priced accordingly. Mattress needs replacement. Shower pressure good.

You expect to pay a little higher price for your accommodation when entire town (all the motels) is fully booked out on special events and last moment booking! Please book in advance to get the regular price from any motel in future.

A very comfortable overnight stay at the Wangaratta Motor Inn. Room was spacious, extremely clean, well serviced and well appointed. Staff (managers of accommodation) were also available on my arrival in evening, very friendly and assisted me with my needs quickly and without hesitation. Good location- close to centre of Wangaratta, within walking distance.

Love the position Very nice people But the property needs some upkeep Windows and fly wires very bad Window had the flywire everywhere except in place Bathroom windows really need cleaning Apart from some tlc needed would come back again Did not eat at the restaurant but looked very nice
