I stay in hotels regularly, and normally do not leave many reviews, however, Quest Wangaratta needs to be commended on not only their hotel, but the friendliest housekeeping staff, I have ever encountered at a hotel. The rooms were spotless, well appointed, and would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay , it is a must. My normal hotel in Albury was booked so had to stay here and glad I did.

We booked a last minute accommodation when travelling through. Kayla at reception was fantastic throughout booking and check in process and was happy to wait after closing until we arrived late at night to ensure a smooth check in. Very clean, very quiet, spacious rooms - would highly recommend.

Great studio apartment

Amazing clean, roomy and comfy studio apartment. A few amenities like a pen would be useful rather than having to go to front desk but that’s the only negative I found.

“I had to leave the hotel one night earlier due to an emergency. During check-out, the front desk staff assured me they would clear my room and approve a refund for the unused night. They told me to contact Expedia because I booked through them, and said everything was ‘all clear’ on their end to speed up the process. However, after leaving and contacting Expedia, they refused to issue the refund, citing their cancellation policy—despite the hotel telling me in person that they would approve it. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. I trusted their word when checking out, only to be denied later. I will not be staying at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone who values honesty and transparency.”

We don’t spend much time there as we were in town for a family wedding. Beautifully clean and new, central, comfortable beds. Only two pillows and my husband likes two, but wasn’t a big deal. Would stay again. Pick of the bunch in Wangaratta. Either here or the Gateway if it’s summer and you want a pool.

Apartments were great, clean and comfortable. Easy location with amenities and coffee shops within walking distance. The only negative is that we didn’t know we had to prebook carparking for $20 overnight - this really should be included in the price of the apartment. We also arrived late and had to call the night manager not knowing we didn’t have a carpark booking.
