"The hotel is indeed not new but it is well maintained.
The room is indeed quiet, most top floor at 7th floor. Abit of cigarette smell of course.
Nevertheless, I could sleep so well as the bed is very comfortable and soundproof is very good. Highly recommended."

"Exceptional service! The reception team was wonderful—always kind, attentive and happy to help. Even after checkout, they carefully arranged delivery of a toiletry bag we had left behind. "Our room was large and comfortable with big picture windows looking at the mountains with a good-sized modern bathroom. The hotel is a lovely old style building with beautiful Chinese furniture. The owner of the hotel was charming and helpful and showed us where to have an excellent dinner in a Chinese restaurant nearby in the village. She even drove us to the nearby Reed Flute Cave as we were unable to call a taxi, and when we left she called a taxi for us and told the driver where to leave...

"The front desk staff, Maggie Hu, was amazing. She helped us with booking a six seater luxury van to help us get from our hotel to the Longji terraces on such a last minute request. Our family agreed that she made the best guilin noodles. The noodles were so good that we had requested to have it on both mornings of our stay. She made us feel welcomed, and a part of her family. Her generosity and hospitality will never be forgotten. It definitely made our stay memorable. We were traveling with two...

"Centrally located. Four floors total. We got a nice view of the water facing the lake. Staff was extremely helpful and they go out of their way to help. Tip: get WeChat App and add the hotel contact and communicate with the language of your choice (ours: English).
Breakfast was good but they don’t know how to make omelets which was disappointing!
All in all great experience.
Hotel manager: ask your chef to learn to make omelets."
