"We stay at this hotel several times/year. Always a great experience and very clean always!"

"Very quiet stay, good breakfast!"

"It was dirty. People above me was up all night. Said something to front desk but nothing happen. Only had one towl and wash cloth ask for more and never got it. Place is outdated"

"This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve been to in Fairmont. I’ve never been to West Virginia in general, but most of the party that stayed for a wedding in Mannington stayed here. It was a great time and breakfast was amazing!"

"Upon checking in, there was a bad odor in the room. The front desk was very helpful and let me switch rooms. The rooms were very dated. The bathrooms were not very clean and they were stink bugs all over the hotel."

"Close to restaurant"

"It was ok"

"The room was perfectly clean. The shower door had no streaks. We had brunch during our stay, and the food was amazing. Unfortunately, you have to pay extra for parking, which is totally uncool. The staff was nice overall, but they entered the room when we didn't want them to."

"Everything was smooth, clean, easy going and will definitely book again 👍👍👍"

"The staff were very nice the room was clean but a little small it didn’t have a microwave or a fridge and it stayed a little cool after I raised the temperature but for the price it was well worth it."

"It was very dated. Door to room was stuck almost every time when we opened or closed it. Staff was very nice though"

"The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The attached restaurant, Smokey J’s, was delicious and convenient. Highly recommend."

"good experience"

"We had 2 rooms for 5 days, both room bed had cigarette hole in all the blankets sheets and the cover , in both of the rooms, they only serviced the room 1 day for the entire stay"
