"When we arrived on 12 August 2026 the room we were allocated was not a Deluxe Double!! When we asked at reception the guy ( Rowan) said "we were told that the type of room was unimportant" he would not say who told him that. I showed him the Expedia confirmation and he replied "it must a miss understanding" ..."
