"I strongly recommend this hotel. The hotel was clean. The room was excellent. The beds comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with necessary kitchen items. Pots and pans looked new, no scratches or nicks. Towels clean, soft and plentiful. I can't think of anything to complain about. Staff was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. "Incompetent employees, felt more like a jail than a hotel. Stayed for four days asked for more towels and was told no. Toilet clogged several times. And shower did not drain properly so by the time you’re done you’re standing in a tub full of water Then on checkout day, they knocked on my door several times well before the checkout time it’s very bothersome however, it was clean for the most part and safe explosion."

"I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone."
