Very convenient location—you can walk from the Walnut Creek Bart Station if you don’t have a car. Also, it is in easy walking distance to downtown WC and all its shops and restaurants.

Not a fan of this location. Area was noisy, not much access to restaurants, outdoor area was subpar. Was not aware that this property was pet friendly, had a few unwanted interactions with other peoples pets. Will not stay here again nor recommend it to friends/family

Best Stay-Cation Ever
I chose this Residence Inn for my Stay-Cation so I could enjoy all the comforts of home, without the daily chores, in a quiet and restful environment, and that’s exactly what I got. I chose the Studio Suite with the Queen bed. Upon check-in my room was impeccably clean, well-stocked with paper goods, towels, bedding, and cookware, plus a full size refrigerator and freezer, as I enjoy making my meals from scratch. The valet staff was wonderful, quick, and accommodating with my vehicle, and all of my luggage both arriving and leaving, and the staff at the front desk were so kind; professional, personable, and friendly. This Inn is a winner in my book, I will definitely come back here for my annual “retreat” for myself, and I highly recommend it to everyone who embraces the qualities I described above.

I’ve stayed here many times on my travels and have only good things to say. It’s clean, convenient and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come again on my next adventure.

Everything was good except the valet parking was way too expensive and my Netflix account was not logout and wiped out as it should have upon checkout. The result was that someone was able to use my Netflix account and wiped out all my profiles and created his own. I had to reset my Netflix account and credentials.

First night, room had no heat. Had to call for service twice before technician came, still not fixed and asked guests to change room after unpacking. Next day, asked for room cleaning service. Front desk promised to do so but never did , did not even provide clean towels for the night. Had to call twice before towels got delivered. Totally disappointed!

Great property . Many amenities . Good breakfast . Barsoom and parking attebdabtv on the Monday and Tues before Thanksgiving were friendly and professional . The mattress could be upgraded . It's in a busy area so you can hear traffic and bart .

I had a reservation for this hotel. I was out of town for work, I get an email during my meeting and they said my reservation got cancelled for the night. Because they overbooked it. Then, I had to scramble during my meeting to try to find another hotel. I got this reservation with several weeks in advance. So very unprofessional. Not very happy. They didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience and compensation for the trouble.

Overall the hotel was ok. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. That was tough to endure for our 3 night stay. But we asked for extra pillows and it seem to help a little bit. The showerhead was a little abusive. Lol there was no option to change the setting. Other than the 2 complaints, hotel is in a great location & close to everything you need. The bart was about a 5 minute walk.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times, but I do not believe the shower was cleaned or the bathroom floor was cleaned on this visit. Too much hair. I wore my flip-flops in the shower and covered the floor in towels.

Hotel reception difficulties looking for our reservation but found found it in the end. Did not tell us what’s included in our booking and location of amenities. We have to wonder around find it ourselves. No friendly orientation of how to go around town since it’s our first time. He just give us the key card and off you go. Not so eager to make us welcome

20 young kids screaming and running around in the lobby without supervision or guidance. Loud adults yelling obscenities outside until midnight. $30 per night to park. Remarkably expensive snacks and drinks.

The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. The only thing that needs to be improved is I would be glad if the hotel tidied my room everyday, which they never did although the room was clean and I only stayed there for 3 nights, but I still had garbage in the room for 3 days, which was not so pleasant as I had bought takeaway food back to my room.
