I have stayed at this property several times and found it a good experience. It is in nice distance from my home to use an an over night when traveling. However, I recently made a reservation to stay there when traveling long distance bringing a uhaul truck acoss several states. I let the property know I was arriving much later than planned due to unexpected issues along the road and I specifically asked about parking for the large vehicle. However upon arrival they had no parking available for the truck. The front desk employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. I was unable to get a refund and had to go find another place to stay at 3 am. Leaving me to pay for 2 hotels on the same night.
