"Last minute trip and decided to stay here. Front desk was very friendly and explained everything. Once she realized my room was on the side that the door wasn't working she changed our room to the other side of the hotel so I wouldn't have to go all the way around which I really appreciated. There is a 6.50 charge for parking which is fine BUT, I wasn't told there would be 2 separate charges for incidentals and 10.00 for parking, When the $10 charge came through at almost midnight I called front desk and the clerk at that time had no idea why I was charged. The next morning at check out I brought it up and I'm assuming a manager explained there are 2 separate charges which is fine but I wish I would've been made aware so I wouldn't have freaked out that my card was being charged twice. My thinking was it wouldve been taken out of the incidentals since I wasn't told there was a separate charge and it didnt get taken out at check in."
