"Clean room. Quick check in. Receptionist offered to help carry bag to room as there no lift. Close to international airport to walk to. "

"I have now stayed at both Ibis and Novotel as a solo traveller at this site. The Ibis is the better of the two. My room at the Novotel was a little dirty and the bathroom was not as clean as I would expect. There was hair on the floor and marks on the mirror. I don't expect that when paying the price I did. Food options are find and expect to pay a little more than average as you are staying at the airport. Distance to the terminal is walkable or you can get a shuttle if you dont want to walk or cant. Check in staff are friendly."

"The room was clean and quiet. Towels were plush. I did find the pillows very firm and over stuffed. I should have remembered this from last time. My check in experience was very fast. I do wish I had remembered to use my Discovery card at check in. I think staff should be trained to ask guests if they have one as well. Dining here is expensive and the menu is not as extensive as it was on my last stay 6 months ago. It also annoys me that when you pay for drinks when you order using a direct debit card you are charged an extra fee. This is essentially a cash payment but you are charged as if you are using a credit card. Food was reasonable. Check out was smooth"
