"Hotel was nice and staff pleasant. BUT I chose this hotel because it listed air conditioned rooms. The A/C systems were not turned on yet. Our room got quite warm and a call to the desk confirmed no A/C was possible. Despite the Expedia listing. I filter my searches by ONE category- air conditioning.
