"I booked a room and paid for lounge access, and first day I checked in at midnigt first, so seen in this light I did not use the loungearea for the first day, at least they could allow me to stay in the lounge area just for 3 hours the day I checked out, as I like to work in peace, but I was not allowed, so that was very dissapointing for me. I accidentally left some jewelery in my room, it was returned to me, they called me taxis when needed, the executive lounge had good food and very friendly service. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom spotless. Location is good, there are several restaurants open late located near by."

"The hotel was in an ideal location for exploring Bucharest as I was able to walk everywhere. I even had a glimpse of the evening fountain light show from my room! The room was clean, and the bathroom had lots of storage space. Most importantly, the air conditioning was great during a heat wave. The breakfast was very good, with lots of variety and the people working in the breakfast room were friendly and efficient. "
