"We stayed at the Country Inn for two nights in the King Suite and it was amazing! The suite itself was incredibly clean and the atmosphere was very charming and warm. The views are breathtaking, nothing beats lounging by the window and looking out at the ocean, feelin the breeze. The staff were very kind and it’s obvious they take good care of their property. We cannot wait to stay here again! "

"DO NOT STAY HERE! We were promised free breakfast when we booked it. When we arrived we asked when breakfast was and were told they have none. We then picked up a pamphlet (STACKED) on the desk and said your pamphlet says there is breakfast and the guys said it was old. We asked why they had them out in stacks, he shrugged. Given a room with a door that didn’t work. Could not get in and out easily and lock got stuck. Shower head and tub gross! This place has ZERO customer service. We asked for a small partial refund and they refused. Hotels.com called and asked for small partial refund and the hotel refused stating they were standing behind their policy of no refunds…. Too bad they do not stand behind their offer of free breakfast (false advertising) and doors that do not operate properly. NEVER stay here again. Reporting them to our credit card company for false advertising!"

"This has been one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed, and I don’t say that lightly I’ve been all over the world and the amount of hospitality and detail to the accommodations was incredible. I will absolutely be staying here again, and I am already dreaming about the scones."

"The property is super pet friendly and the staff were extremely nice and not to mention welcoming! We had such an amazing trip; the views from our cabin were spectacular. We had the perfect amount of space in our cabin for two people and two dogs, and loved the option to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on our own little deck. We can’t wait to stay again! We will absolutely be back. "

"Ducha beautiful and unique stay. The apartment was very clean. Loved having a kitchen to cook our own meals. The view and surrounding area are unbelievable. You get a free tour of the light house and a free mini bottle of wine, which are nice additions. Definitely looking forward to coming back here. "

"This resort is best for younger people who love to hike. There are no close restaurants around the resort so you are hostage to their restaurant. The closest is 30 min away. "

"The room was quaint. The exposed beams and hardwood floors were nice. The bed was comfortable. There was hot water every time we needed it. There was a coffee maker. However, there were a couple of areas that didn't seem clean, such as the shower and the mirror on the door. There was no microwave or mini fridge. There also wasn't a TV. There was no bar soap for the sink or shower.They are fairly inflexible with regard to cancellations and refunds within one week which seems unreasonable. Parking spots weren't clearly marked so some people parked one way and sent the other and it made for a very inefficient parking. Philo and Booneville are cute towns, but there is not much to do."
