"Abysmal. Nice check in. The clerk said our assigned room wasn't cleaned yet (5:30pm) so gave us a "cleaned " room. Got in it, it was filthy. Bathroom floor was dirty. Carpet in the room had not been vacuumed. Sliding glass window was dirty. We were able to get the staff to do some cleaning, but still ..."

"Even though we did not have a remote , the first night I let them know in the morning and they got it to me right away , they were very respectful and the rooms were very clean the coffee , however was not. Thank you"
