"It’s not a bad hotel, but a little pricey to stay there for 4 days and not get your room cleaned and restocked with supplies even once, even after you ask. This used to be our go to Ohio hotel but the prices have definitely ramped up over the past few years so I doubt we will ever stay there again."

"They charged us an extra $25 for our child, took a long time for check in. Breakfast was ok, but slow to refill. Water temp was lukewarm. The room was clean and ice maker worked."

"This property is unique and inviting. Rooms have been remodeled and feel modern and clean. Bathrooms are a bit cramped for 2, but the rest of the room and amenities are great. Nice to have the Pub there and plenty of places to sit and enjoy a drink outside. We didn't use the pool, but it's a nice big one with plenty of chaise lounges and chairs. We also didn't do the breakfast, but I remembered it was a very nice buffet from past visits. Parking is easy and there is food and beverage available...

"Overall my stay was fine. Hotel a little dated but nicely sequestered back away from all the traffic. I could still hear traffic at night but did not bother me too much. Location was positive, close to shopping and food. The room could have used a deep clean. Overall it was fine but the curtains did not look like they had ever been washed and the remote needed to be deeply sanitized. The bed seemed fine and bathroom was well cleaned. "The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you."
