"I made reservations for a suite that was supposed to have a pullout sofa bed. The room was not a suite and it did not have a pullout sofa bed. That was the main reason I booked this hotel. The pictures aren’t accurate with what I got."

"Unfortunately the property was running without a manager. When arriving we were given a room key, but there was someone already in that room. Then the next room the one bed was used. The staff did apologize about the inconvenience The shuttle was great and timely for pick up and drop off"

"booked the whole week for a working trip, was very satisfied with this place. internet speed is very good for 2 computers. room is clean and like the whole kitchen. big refrigerator and dish washer. located near airport but didn't hear any noise when in room. only one surprise was being charged extra daily bath towel fee even not use room cleaning service. There was no place for two people to sit (only one office chair), so my husband and I ended up eating dinner and playing our board games just on the bed. The bed creaked whenever we moved. The breakfast had no low-carb options and very minimal options for protein, and the coffee tasted bad. "When I fly out of RDU, I always stay here, either before my flight or after. Some would say it needed updates but I'm not picky; it's very clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. A big shout-out to check-in and airport shuttle employees--always great service, I really appreciate them! I usually skip breakfast and sleep in so I can't say anything about it. I like leaving my car there and taking the shuttle to the airport, no hassles. I fully recommend this hotel."
