New concept Hotel

It is a very new hotel, new concept of hotel management, so we are old age learning new way of hotel staying ! :) Remember this hotel is 10am checked out , I didn’t notice it … so we ere a bit late to checkout, but the lady in charge is very friendly and helpful, very polite too ! All in all, the hotel provides us a clean and safety environment! Happy stay ! Thank you !

The hotel is cute and the staff is amazing. However, the hotel is old (decor needs a refresh) and somewhat dirty eg. behind the bed, cabinets, corners had lots of accumulated dusty balls (we dropped something behind the side table). The pool was closed to our disappointment. We didn't realize that summer started in mid-late July but not sure that should be reason for closure.

ホテルの周りに、市場、テーマパーク、温泉が揃っていて、和歌山市街地も近く、地の利は抜群。 お部屋も十分な広さ。 朝食に、和歌山の特産品があれこれあって、食べきれないほど。 また泊まりたいです。
