"The biggest reasons for my poor review were that they did not ever clean the room while we were there, despite being asked and that much of what was promised online (rooftop, lobby lounge, satellite tv) were not actually provided. Other than breakfast, it is a bare-basics place. Clean room to start with, not much more."

"Don’t book it!!!! The scam is they let you book this hotel which has a view of Petra from the high mountain, however this hotel is CLOSED, after you book they will send you a separate email prior to checking in that you have been relocated to a hotel downtown next to Petra with no view!!!!, staff advised on check in that we will get compensated however we didn’t see any compensation."
