"The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay. The food was outstanding, and the buffet exceeded our expectations in every way. The quality, flavor, and presentation were truly exceptional and among the best we’ve experienced. Every meal was a pleasure. We will absolutely stay here again on future visits to the magnificent city of Petra. Highly recommended!"

"Our stay was wonderful, the staff were very helpful and did all what they can to make our stay comfortable, they allow us for early check in and late check out although the resort was fully booked at that time. The breakfast buffet was generous, well diversified, and with excellent taste of food. The housekeeping service was excellent, the room was tidy, and well cleaned and maintained everyday. What can I say more about our stay other than it was excellent and joyful, I wished I could stay for a longer time, but for sure I will go there again and again. I recommend it strongly for a great and comfortable stay mixed with the original rich Jordanian culture and heritage."

"When we got to the hotel, it was closed. We were asked to proceed to the Movenpick. We got good rooms and the location near the city and the entrance to the Old sites is amazing. The only thing we didnt like about the hotel was the cold pool. Ambient was 23, temperature of water was 25. So there was heating but everyone in the pool was shivering. Hotel was nice"
