"Was really shocked to see that the Lobby closed at a certain time and you had people on call the entrance after hours was not secure to enter the building no luggage rack funny but had no drawers for your clothes light switches were very confusing no guide on TV that told you what you were watching when the cleaning team changes the linen they should not wear perfume because when putting the pillow cases on their perfume was on the pillow cases if they were cleaned and I had allergic reaction Overall I enjoy the stay"

"Room was clean, staff was unbelievably nice. My door ended up not unlocking (due to door lock battery dying) and they were quick to try anything to help and put me in another room. We ended up getting it unlocked the next day. Super helpful and kind."
