"Thin walls. AC unit very loud. No liners in trash cans. Dishes dirty. Odor of a dentist office in room."

"Never again! We rented this property because it had a kitchen and full refrigerator. But no utensils no plates no pots no pans no silverware. And we booked 7 days without knowing they DO NOT CLEAN ROOMS or refresh towels or linens UNLESS arranged the day before with staff. We will never stay at MyPlace again."

"Every aspect was wonderful about our stay at Sonesta ES Suites in Goodyear,Arizona. This was a quick staycation for my husband for Father’s Day, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was helpful and kind, the suite was clean, inviting and spacious. We will definitely be booking again very soon."

"For being a newer property we were disappointed with 2 days of them running out of towels. We had to go buy towels at Target because they rarely had wash cloths. They are supposed to clean your room on the 3rd day, that never happened. They said they were sold out and too busy. The laundry room was dirty, doesn’t seem like anyone has been in there to clean in a long time. Breakfast is the same at every home 2 suites. Nothing to be too excited about. Same cereal everyday and some sort of cold...

"There was no Wi-Fi no TV you had to download your own apps. The vending machines were out of service. The door lock barely worked. I’ll let you in the service was mediocre. Never answered the phone when you call them."
