"The hotel can be found easily by the main road and is very close to the lake on the opposite side of the main street and shopping area. The room was spacious on the top floor. There were two toilets in the room. Windows could be opened which was good compared to other hotels we have stayed in Finland during this summer. There was also a fan to help with the airflow. Kitchen and fridge was in the basement in the shared area. Staff was not particularly helpful about the information on the hotel...

"High quality and well equipped apartment. Well maintained ski tracks and numerous things to do, including of course the spa and various types of saunas, with the smoke sauna being absolutely the best..!"

"After a long drive, we waited an hour at the reception to check in (actually an hour and 4 minutes). The room was quite outdated. I think the whole place needs renovation, but the room was bad and especially the bathroom. There was no place to dry clothes and equipment. The spa is nice and the kids enjoy it. The breakfast was good. The service was friendly and welcoming. The problem was that the reception was so full when we arrived."

"We arrived pretty late and did not expect to be welcomed by the hotel's staff (we received check-in instructions in case the reception was closed). To ou surprise, they were waiting for us with a complimentary drink and a lot of friendly recommendations for dinner and activities in the area. They also changed our room for a bigger lakeside one with a great view. Our only regret was to only stay there one night."
