Not a 4 star, maybe in Asian market but not in world market. Good staff, hotel needs attention to what is required for 4 star. A weighing scales in room may be tick in the box for star rating, but worn bed covers, no mattresses for pool chairs, all 3 of their pool umbrellas broken, no pool side towels until asked for, certainly is not part of a box ticking exercise. Management need to support their positive staff with investment to pay attention to details of signs of wear and tare. Could be really good, but needs attention
