"Carpet was dirty, there was lots of toilet paper or paper towel bit laying arond on it. That must be being used to wipe surfaces down. The extractor fan in the bath room was unplugged from its socket and didnt work when plugged back in. When i followed the instruction on the paperwork for getting my room cleaned after my 3rd day, i spoke to the front desk in the morning at 05:25 adking could i get my room cleaned. It never happened, i had to skeak to the girl on evening shift to get it done. Once again bits of paper laying on the carpet."

"Best place to stay in Brooks for sure. The gym is great. Pool and hot tub as well. Bps next door. 10% if you show them your room key. Rooms are large and comfortable. We stay here every month for work. "
