"I was just out of luck, that’s all. Their system messed up my dates. Then room I was sent to was dirty. Then I was downgraded to a smaller room that was clean and available ( yet smaller and cheaper than I paid for). And on top of all, someone before me smoked in a room ( I don’t smoke). Good thing about the place - it’s in safe neighborhood as accommodation I stayed on Friday downtown Skopje, my car was broken into and my very expensive shoes and sample case got stolen. "Stayed here unexpectedly after my mom had to go into the hospital and stay a few nights. The owner and the staff members Aneta and Christina were so helpful and made the stay amazing. They took care of any problem we had immediately. Since my mother was recovering from the hospital, they took the time to bring her fresh fruits and juice which is beyond amazing of them to do. The neighborhood around here is great and check in was easy. Air conditioning worked and the WiFi was good. They provided bottles of water and little candies or snacks in the rooms which made a great extra touch. I definitely recommend this place and will consider it the next time I’m in Skopje."
