"Ugh idk. Not a good place in my opinion. Kind of a dump. Regretted it the minute I got there. I won’t stay there again."

"Convenient location. Check in staff was welcoming & efficient. Had issues with our first room and he promptly came to our room to check it out. We got moved to another room promptly. Breakfast was poor. Best offering was a jar of peanut butter and bread."

"The person that greeted us was very nice and efficient but that was the only good thing about this place. Our bathroom door handle was broken so it didn't shut, the toilet ran and continuously flushed itself all night, the remote control for the TV didn't work (batteries were not dead), the refrigerator (there were 2 of them) in the room wouldn't get cold, the ice bucket was dirty, and the breakfast was NOT good. In regards to the breakfast, the waffles were just not good at all. Another guest that was in there already told us that they weren't but we tried for ourselves and she was right. The cereal looked like a mix of different cereals that were left over, thrown into one. The jelly for the toast was weird (I can't think of any other way to put it). The juice was good but that's it. "

"It was so dirty. The floor was filthy and there was black mold on the shower well. I have been a director of nursing for 32 years. It was absolutely disgusting. I kept my shoes on the whole time. I was afraid to stand on the floor. I took a white towel and I washed the floor and I even showed the receptionist when we were checking out and she acted like it was not that big of a deal"

"I had paid for a king bed and they gave me a room with two beds. The establishment was a little rundown but good for the price I paid. There was no Kleenex boxes. Had to use toilet paper. "

"We like to stay at the Best Western Rio Grande because it is easily accessible, close to Old Towne, it is clean, the grounds are well kept, the staff is great and there’s a restaurant that offers a selection for a free breakfast instead of corn flakes and a waffle. We had our small service dog with us and they were very accommodating. "

"Plenty of parking. Staff was excellent. Had microwave and refrigerator in room. Had to stay on 3rd floor because of remodeling the other two floors but hotel had elevator. Also, gym was out of order. Wasn't really bothered by construction noise. Had trouble keeping enough bacon and sausage in breakfast room. Great stay overall."
