Beautiful place to stay

Beautiful hotel, like brand new. Very modern and immaculate. Staff very friendly and made you feel welcome. Breakfast offered a variety, all tasty and good quality. Would definitely reccommend this hotel, it exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful hotel and nice views from the room. Breakfast was very tasty. Great location - walkable to main promenade and water - lots to do and see, restaurants, etc. Parking was a bit hard to figure out as you had to drive partially on a pedestrian portion, but once we found the hotel was nice to have onsite parking.

We had an excellent 8-9 days stay at the Seaside Hotel. Our room had a beautiful sea view and it was elegant and extremely clean, The breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, homemade cakes, local ingredients/recipes and also continental staples, coffee was great and the breakfast area very relaxing, The staff is very friendly, hospitable, kind and helpful ❤️ The location is very convenient to the beach and restaurants, but quiet at night. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully we will come back! 🙂

We really loved the hotel. Also the family, who owns it, was super lovely and always willing to help! The rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast was also very good and I fell in love with the coffee. It’s just a little difficult to get there by car, better by foot. We really enjoyed our stay at seaside and we’ll definitely come again.

The hotel was lovely, the room was ideal and comfortable, and the breakfast had everything. The owners of the property built on land which has been in their family for years and they care for it in the way you would a gift from your grandparents. It's a great place to stay very near the lively and active seaside, but maintaining the tranquility you want at the end of the day. It's only a block off the main boulevard and the promenade, but still, it's slightly hard to get to. Don't let that deter you from staying here, but ask for very clear directions.

The Best boutique Hotel.

This hotel was super clean, modern, fabulous art & friendly. It is in its 2nd year. Just one street back from the main promenade main road. This made it better for quietness, especially at night. The most gentle of people here. Truly recommend. Parking available too.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Great breakfast buffet. Bright, clean, spacious, comfortable room. Well-appointed bathroom. Contemporary decor. Our room had a great view of the Adriatic. Google maps does not give correct driving instructions to the hotel so it is best to follow the detailed instructions provided by the hotel. Close to many restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful,new hotel in the middle of Lungomare.Modern rooms,very good quality of built so it’s very quiet despite being in the heart of Lungomare.Owners are very friendly and ready to help with anything you may need, personnel very friendly too.Beach is 1 minute on foot,shops,restaurants and bars are 1 minute away too.We stayed 2 weeks and had zero issues throughout our stay.

A Wonderful Stay – Felt Just Like Home! This newly renovated, family-run hotel offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the owner and received special attention throughout our stay. Both the owner and the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. I stayed for one night with two friends, and we truly enjoyed the experience. The breakfast was generous, with a wide variety of options, including homemade specialties prepared by the owner’s wife. The hotel is not located directly on the beachfront but is just about 70 meters away, set behind the main street. It’s currently in an area with some construction, but the environment is quiet and peaceful. If you’re arriving by car, they provide parking and clear directions to help you find the hotel easily. You can even find a video guide on YouTube showing the way. We had a great stay and will definitely return if we visit the city again!

New, beautiful and extremely friendly! The owners were so kind. Construction near by was NOT noisy, but did make driving in a little different, but just park near by and they will help you. They even tried to send a PDF, but I couldn’t open it. I liked being back a block, as it was quiet, but sunset was perfect.

The owners have operated this hotel for two years. They are so welcoming and accommodating. It was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and had a rainfall showerhead, and the provided shampoo and body wash smelled so good. The only downside was parking. There's only one way on and off the property, and to access the hotel, you have to drive on the sidewalk to get to the driveway. We almost got ticketed for that.

I recently stayed at the Seaside Hotel and could not have been more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff and owners went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was genuine, and they were always attentive without ever being intrusive. It was clear that they truly care about their guests and take pride in what they do. The hotel itself was spotless — every space was clean, fresh, and well maintained. It immediately gave me peace of mind and made for a very comfortable stay. The location was also ideal, with everything I needed close by, yet still offering the charm and calm you’d hope for in a seaside getaway. What stood out most, though, was the approachable and thoughtful management. They were always available for any questions, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. They even went the extra mile to arrange my taxi back to the airport, which made my departure stress-free and left me with such a positive final impression. It’s rare to find a place that combines warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail so seamlessly, but the Seaside Hotel truly does. I left feeling refreshed, well looked after, and already planning my next visit. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for not just a stay, but a genuinely welcoming experience.

The Seaside location was great. It is right near dining, markets, the beach and a walking boardwall. The area really comes to live after 8pm. Staff was very friendly and the hotel seems brand new. The room was also very clean and comfortable. The temperature of the shower fluctuated every 30 - 40 seconds getting hotter or colder so we kept showers very short. Overall this hotel is very nice and I would stay here again.

We had a great experience at the Seaside Hotel! It is a really nice hotel with a very friendly and service minded staff! The facilities are really nice, clean and appealing. The hotel is situated 1 minute walk from nice beaches, restaurants and taverns of high quality. Thumbs up for Argon and his staff, I will definitely go back!

Hotelli sijaitsi erinomaisella paikalla rantakadun läheisyydessä. Rantakadulla paljon ravintoloita ja baareja. Rantakadun autojen tai ravintoloiden melu ei kuulunut hotelliin, joten yön sai nukkua rauhassa. Huone oli siisti ja vastasi odotuksia. Tyylikkäästi sisustettu, mukava sänky ja petivaatteet. Hotellin vieressä on muutamia parkkipaikkoja, jonka lisäksi heillä on pieni parkkihalli, joten auton sai turvalliseen paikkaan laitettua. Kulku autolla lyhyen matkaa kävelytietä pitkin päästäkseen hotellille on reittinä erikoinen, mutta hotelli laittoi etukäteen reittiohjeet viestinä ja karttakuvana, joten loppujen lopuksi majoitus oli helposti löydettävissä myös auton kanssa. Hotellin aamupala oli myös kiva lisä!
