Good hotel. Great breakfast. My only complaint is that the hotel needs to know what payment is on property. They charged the daily rate in advance.

Vist to Lac du Bourget

Liked the look of the hotel from the booking site reasonable price and location. Room was large , bed was comfy, location quiet and a good shower. Short walk to the lake where we luckily caught a bar for a beer before it closed it was Sunday afternoon. Eat in the restaurant next to the hotel which good although like the UK eating out in France is not the cheapest. Only issue we had was when a member of staff marched into our locked room without knocking. It was a bit embarrassing as I was about to shower. No apology until we raised it with the reception staff. But on the whole it was a good overnight stay. If you are heading north from here towards Calais and not in a busting hurry I would recommend the D road route towards Bourg-en-Bresse. Very pretty via beautiful gorges and cuts out some tolls and saves on back tracking into Chambery which was a bit of a mess to pick up the Autoroute.

The midweek rates here are a fantastic bargain. About $60 per night on Expedia for top comfort, mountain views, friendly staff, good TV. Just a 10 minute walk to a free beach and a public bus stop right in front..

Accueil sympathique, petits déjeuners parfaits Les points négatifs: ménage à revoir ( chaussette trouvée sous le lit ,beaucoup de poussière non aspirée, toile d'araignée,odeur nauséabonde dans la douche,bonde douche remplie de saletés,literie médiocre avec cheveux dans le lit à l'arrivée,rideaux intirrables donc à revoir. Chiens acceptés mais aucun endroit pour jeter leurs déjections, manque d'information pour le tri des poubelles. Par contre personnel d'accueil irréprochable.

Très bon séjour

Personnel très sympathique, chambre de bonne qualité avec tout ce qu'il fallait. Séjour de 2 nuits pour activités de cyclisme. Petit déjeuner complet. Proche du lac à peine 100m, facilement accessible. Un très bon choix pour un séjour avec activités sportives.

Semaine sympathique en famille, 2 chambres côte à côte. l'insonorisation entre les chambres est bien mais celle des portes moins. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus fourni (cuiseur à oeufs, plaque à griller). La literie est confortable et la propreté correcte.

Une belle découverte

Une remarque sur le numéro d’appel de présentation de l’hôtel le numéro inscrit ne correspond pas à celui de celui ci. D’où difficultés de joindre l’hôtel pour signaler notre retard. Ayant réussi à trouver le bon numéro, très bon accueil nous rassurants que l’hôtel était accessible sans code jusqu’à 21h. 👍 Le séjour s’est très bien passé.
