I regret to say that my stay was not enjoyable. Traveling alone from the United States with three pieces of luggage, I found it challenging to manage without assistance. The front desk staff simply instructed me to take my bags upstairs myself, and the elevator was too small to accommodate all my luggage. Additionally, the room did not meet my expectations for the price I paid. I cannot recommend this place and will not be returning. The lack of help with my bags was a significant inconvenience.

Sempre procurei me hospedar em hoteis da rede Accor. No Ibis Vitoria da Conquista já havia me hospedado em outra oportunidade. Dessa vez foi decepcionante. Quarto barulhento. O colchão extremamente duro. Ar condicionado não funcionou adequadamente. Travesseiros ruins, duros. Toalhas ruins, ásperas. Chuveiro razoavel, pouca água. Salvou o café da manhã, que estava muito bom com muita variedade e qualidade dos produtos. Atendimento da recepção ok. Ao fazer chek out, queriam me cobrar café da manhã que eu ja havia pago junto com a diária, foi um uma situação desconfortável. Tive que comprovar com meu voucher de reserva e enviar print para resolver o problema, realmente uma situação incomum de falha de sistema. Enfim, no geral, não foi a melhor estada que tive nesse hotel.

Uma ótima opção de hospedagem em Vitória da Conquista. Passei apenas uma noite, mas o hotel atendeu perfeitamente todas as necessidades. Quarto confortável, cama espaçosa, chuveiro muito bom. Tudo que um bom hotel deve ter. Na noite que nos hospedamos, o hotel estava bem cheio e consequentemente o restaurante do hotel também estava, o que gerou um pouco de atraso com os pedidos que fizemos. Porém, nada demais! Recomendo este hotel, e se precisar no futuro, com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Excelente opção em Vitoria da Conquista , aproximadamente 12 km do aeroporto e próximo do shopping para almoço rápido. Hotel tem restaurante para o jantar., assim vc não precisa sair dele.

Preliminarmente, cumpre esclarecer que me hospedo no IBIS e no IBIS Styles há muitos anos, e conheço muito bem o padrão de hospedagem. Um dos fatores que sempre merece destaque é o breu instalado muito cedo no foyer/saguão do hotel, inibindo os hóspedes de sentarem-se e apreciarem um drink e um bate-papo, o que é incompreensível essa escuridão formada desde muito cedo. Esses últimos dias em que estava hospedada, tomei uma bebida no escurso literalmente, isso é absurdo! Outro aspecto é que o telão sempre fica desligado, sempre, e quando ligam se limita a futebol, o que não contempla a todos os hóspedes, no meu caso, inclusive, que sempre me sinto constrangida até para pedir para que a programação seja modificada. O atendimento após às 19h também é bastante precário, quando apenas existe uma única opão de lanche: misto quente. E percebo que vários clientes desejam saborear algo diferente. O atendimento realmente destoa do IBIS Rio Vermelho (SSA/BA), Curitiba, São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, quando esses itens são realmente considerados para o conforto dos clientes. Fica muito a desejar. A limpeza dos apartamentos também precisa ser revista e melhor supervisionada.

Péssimo conforto, decadente as condições do quarto, achei resto de comida no frigobar de hóspedes anteriores e o hotel não limpa, impossível dormir com o ar condicionado, um led que incomoda com a claridade sem opção de apagar, cafe PÉSSIMO E CARO não recomendo o hotel, apenas uma fachada bonita
