"Lana is the woman at the front desk (possibly the owner) and was incredibly helpful. There is free parking very near the hotel, but often hard to find during the peak season. Lana was very understanding, although not responsible for securing parking, she let us know when her husband was leaving a spot would be available. Also, our wine bottle opener was confiscated by TSA and she let us borrow hers during our stay. She also let us borrow an umbrella for our beach day. Nice property and even...

"Stayed for 1 night in February. Arrived to a huge empty car park and thought the hotel was closed! Friendly welcome in reception and was upgraded for free to the presidential apartment. Informed we were the only guests in the whole hotel. Room was lovely, 2 bathrooms and sea view. As it was off season we didn’t use pool or any other facilities as they were closed. Would return in summer if visiting Ulcinj in the future. "

It is very quiet & peaceful and the 2 pools were the best place to spend the afternoons. They serve a good breakfast at a reasonable price. We highly recommend Harmonie as a beautiful vacation spot.
