"We’ve been to heaps of resorts in Fiji, but nothing beats The Crowne plaza! Best service, team there is so friendly, helpful and all super friendly. Didn’t get any bad vibe from any of them. Food was on point, a bit pricey but I guess that’s what comes with a 5 star resort like this. Definitely be back and staying even longer next time 😆 Staff that really stood out to me was Eugene, Jesse & Semisi! Lads were the best!"

"The resort is nice, but it's pretty far from town. The staff at the restaurant are friendly, but the check-in staff are not very courteous. They didn't offer us any drinks when we arrived. They aren't very accommodating. I don't feel like I was taken care of like at other 5-star resorts I've stayed at in the past."

"This is very hard for me to write as we have been coming here for years, this maybe a Covid Hangover and I certainly hope so, but our experience this time was not very pleasant. The first night we arrived we had no power and it did not get resolved until 11:30pm, the next morning we woke to no power agin and they decided to change our room"

"Second visit, staff continue to be extremely friendly and helpful. Easy reach of the beach and the pool was great for an early morning lap swim. Excellent snorkelling spot 😊. Saw two black tipped reef sharks. Good food, great curries from the chef Vikram Singh. "

"Hotel is in a state of disrepair. Wifi wasn't available during our stay, ridiculously it still wasn't available when we returned a week later (non-refundable booking, otherwise would have stayed elsewhere). Staff not very helpful, need some service training. TV in room didn't work either. Wouldn't recommend staying here. Much better options available elsewhere in the same price bracket."
