"Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet."

"We have often stayed here over the years. It was good to see it's still busy and the pools are clean. Most of the hospitality staff were lovely as always . And the solo guitar player/singer was really good... But, the room was not in good shape. Shower was dirty and only cold water. The room smelt like curry .. It was next to the kitchen and across from cleaning room so it was very noisy ..couldn't open the window for fresh air and the curtains didn't close properly so the bright light was...

"A perfect stay at this beautiful resort. The staff was exceptional, the dining/food options were great for a weeklong stay. We had a Club Level room, which gave us access to free breakfasts, high tea and happy hour appetizers daily - the BEST! The Club Level also has its own pool perched on the hill with a beautiful view, with internet access/work area and a fun place to play cards. "This property doesn’t provide simple things like tea/coffee and bottled water amenities in your room unlike most hotels. The hotel baggage help is poor, I called but no one showed up so had to carry my own bag from my room to the front desk to check out. The shuttle service was good. Overall I will give this hotel a 2 Star."

"Had a good holiday at the Warwick. 3rd time back there. Food was disappointing this time. Buffet breakfast wasn’t as good as the last times. Staff are wonderful. Sunset bar was closed for Reno’s which was a pity as we enjoyed going there last time. Such a beautiful spot and nice snorkeling straight infront of the resort."
