"Room was nice and clean. Good location for airport access. The only downside was the food which was disheartening. The cost was extra exorbitant and does not reflect on the quality. Breakfast is $45 pp and very ordinary. Good place to stay but eat out if possible."

"Pros: nice grounds. Old Polynesian. Very friendly staff who remember your name and are warm. Great a/c. Cons. Needed updating 10+ years ago. No Midern day electronics. Could be cleaner. Poor plumbing ( hot and cold). Subjective issues worth mentioning you may like or dislike: No room t.v. Can't walk to any town"

"Excellent . Great for kids and family. Had a family suite that included full washer dryer, coffee Mc, fully furnished kitchen. Safety locker. Tub. Seperate room for kids. 2tv. Dining table. Balcony with chairs. Absolutely 💯 great stay. Lovely breakfast buffet( Need to purchase) with your booking. Awesome location."

"Cannot fault our stay at the Sofitel Resort and Spa. From the moment we checked in until we checked out it was faultless. The staff would go above and beyond with a smile on their face. The room, food options, hospitality and activities were fantastic. Will definitely be staying again in the future."

"We had an early check out and the staff was accommodating with arranging breakfast fast enough before we left. The breakfast was delicious and the view of the ocean from our suite was nice too"

"The Club experience is one of the best we have experienced in the world (but it is expensive). We had fantastic service in the Club and the food, drinks and accommodation are amazing. Our food in all of the restaurants throughout our stay were fantastic, except for the Asian Buffet which was sub-standard (especially when you compare with the Sheraton Fiji Buffet dinners)."
