"In the room where I was staying there was noise outside my window. The toilet was not working in the room where I was situated, once I told the staff they did switch my room but overall I think it could have been a better experience."

"The facility was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff was very helpful during our stay.
One thing about customer service I didn't like was the fact that we arrived the premises at about 2:30pm and requested early check-in barely 30min earlier after a 6 hour flight from Boston into the burning heat of AZ, common courtesy was to allow us check-in early.
The staff eventually honored our request after minutes of negotiations.
Overall our stay was great. I'll recommend"

"Besides some major and possibly recent stains on the floor in our room, the room itself and bathroom were super clean. The staff was AMAZING & so very kind. The pool seemed like a salt water/chlorine combo so it wasn’t too overwhelming for my kids sensitive skin. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. We will definitely be back! "Interesting but small room. It was clean and had a nice view. The location was perfect. It looks like there's a pretty decent full bar, which was the only reason I chose this place over others. But I was told the bartender called in sick, so they just never opened the bar for the night. The $15/day parking is kind of a scam unless you're there for special event as there's free parking 20 feet away on non-event days."

"Hotel is brand new, the smell of paint was strong. Front desk was courteous but not very welcoming. There were no toiletries in the bathroom and one roll of paper. There was a kitchenette but no dishes, utensils or coffee pot. If you want any of those things you have to pay $50 I believe.
There is a microwave and full size fridge and that was nice.
No iron or board. Don't know if one is available if needed.
Room was spacious and clean (its new). AC didn't seemto work well, roomfelt hot most...
