"Very clean room and not the beat up feel you usually get from staying at some of the time share properties. We will definitely go back. Was very nice having such a large space (2 BRs, 2 Baths, kitchen, LR) at such a low price. It is off season so I am sure the price is higher usually but a nice large space."

"This is a nice property. It a bit far from the business center of Richmond but the walkable neighborhood has lots of nice restaurants and coffee options."

"Our stay was amazing! Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Our room was clean . We had a city view but that was perfectly fine as we were right on the beach. Lastly our only complaint was the size of the bed. We booked for a queen and the bed was definitely a full size bed. Other than that everything was amazing and were currently planning our next visit, which hopefully will be in March."

"Reserved for king but refused to get one.. location of the rooms was not explained correctly… waited for few minutes at front desk to check in while the the employee was talking on the phone. Chairs and other stuff on the corridor .. Over all not happy"

"This hotel was very convenient to Washington DC. Only 5 min walk to metro station and about 15mins to downtown DC. Breakfast was okay, eggs, bacon, pancakes, yoghurt, cereal, bagels etc. but finishes at 9am. rooms were very spacious and clean - bathrooms very clean. The hotel is extremely dated , dark and is in serious need of a facelift to make it brighter and more inviting."

"The staff here is excellent. I’ve traveled quite a bit, and whenever I visit Virginia Beach, this is one of my favorite places to stay for four reasons: the in-room hot tubs, the beautiful sunrise views, the sunsets, and watching the dolphins and surfers. The location is also wonderful — it’s just off the main strip, so it’s much quieter and feels very safe. From check-in to check-out, the front desk staff and housekeeping team have always been kind and welcoming. The only area that could use improvement is the cleanliness. It often feels like things are wiped down quickly rather than thoroughly. You may notice a few stray hairs, floors that are still wet with a strong chemical smell, or a bit of film or grime left behind. With a little more attention to the cleaning details, this place could easily be a truly beautiful and exceptional stay."

"My family of 6 almost missed our flight because the driver of the airline shuttle just disappeared. The front desk person tried to locate them but got no response. It also seems like they overbooked for the shuttle as it was a smallish van and there were so many people outside waiting. The shuttle service was the determining factor for me choosing this location so I am very disappointed."
