The room was clean and ready at 3pm for check-in. Front desk gentleman was very helpful when checking in. Had a stock of toilet paper and fresh towels behind the desk. Told us if we wanted room refreshed to let them know night before otherwise they get trash and dirty towels. Nice view from 3rd floor balcony. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel, this is not for you, but for beach goers who only sleep and shower it's perfect.

It’s beach front So sand was in the elevator and hallways but the staff was cleaning up pretty much constantly. I liked the coffee and water downstairs. Staff was helpful with any requests. The location and view were great. The room was outdated but the price was great so I was fine.

Very good staff but the property needs a lot of maintenance and renovation. Room doors were cracked and swollen, Carpet had holes and bathroom tub had extremely slow water drainage. Microwave made a very loud squeaky noise and the fridge was broken as well. Location is great but the management needs to spend some money on properly maintaining the hotel.
