Book a room with 2 bedroom and 6 guests. A room had a kings size bed and a living room (second bedroom) with a sofa bed.. you tell me how i supposed to fit 6 people.. front desk wasnt able to accommodate us into another room or space.. at check in the key didnt work at the rooms and had to go back to get than to work again.. during our stay the room was quiet and comfortable with a great view.. also we didnt see no bugs . Breakfast is not a continental breakfast.. it could be better but also it does the job..

Overall the Hotel was okay. One of the elevators was out of service and the shower was low and lacked pressure and lacked hot water. overall the view was amazing from the hotel room, spacious, clean, convenient to shopping and stores and right on the beach. Great location overall and good food restaurants on location with amazing service. Check in was a breeze and the guy at the front desk was professional, helpful, and hospitable. The building needs some updating but overall a good value for the stay.

Check in check out both quick, easy. Front desk Clerk was helpful, pleasant and help with any questions we had. All staff was hepful polite and went out of their way to help. Only thing that was with only 1 elevator working at times the wait was a little long. Also with the shops closing Tuesday and Wednesday was a disappointing since they were my shopping days.

Hotel in Need of Renovation, Posing as a Resort.

The floor in the room wasn't clean, the shower had mold and even pictures had stains. The ocean/beach view was the nicest part. This is a hotel advertising as a resort when it is more like a hotel in need of a renovation. Charging a resort fee is just a scammy cash grab. Brooms were mounted along the corridor walls to get to the rooms, put them in a closet somewhere. The fake wood floors were uneven, had softspots and dips when you stepped in certain places. The floor had a long running crack that they just covered with tape. The parking garage is tight. We had issues with getting our truck in and was a big ordeal everytime we wanted to go out and come back to park. Some of the doors from the parking garage to the hotel corridors where the rooms are were left wide open to the public even though a room key is normally required to get in.

Floor was grimy, probably from some spray that didn’t get wiped away. Everything was fine, if not awesome. However, while packing up to leave, my husband stepped on a large cockroach. If we weren’t already leaving, I don’t know that I could have stayed an extra night knowing that more bugs were probably crawling around the room.
I’m old-school and still use an iPod, so used it for size comparison.

The elevators need work slow and stopped at almost every floor going up or down. The floor in my room was sticky from the clear tape as was placed there to cover the floor that needed to be replaced

Great hotel/resort

Great place to stay! The employees were so friendly and great at thier jobs. Check in was fast, everything was as it should have been. Reservation accurate for what I pd for. I even got to pick what floor we were on. The room was clean and well equipped. Only one elevator was working.not a big problem except for last night when a tour bus arrived. Still didnt wait long. The breakfast was ok. Mostly carbs. There was an omelet that you microwaved, not that good, some yogurt, oranges and bananas and the rest was bread. We loved our stay and we will be back!
