Fine establishment at great price.

Lets start with the bad, No Parking on site...it is a couple blocks away. Everything else was very good...friendly staff, their service, the room and accommodations, the cleanliness all as good or better than any i have stayed in at Va Beach.

About the room and our stay

It was a very clean room. The water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest. The AC filters were dirty, had to clean them outselves to get the room cold. Other then that, it was a fine room. The staff was very friendly.

Yes it's old yes it's dated but the rooms are clean you're walking distance of restaurants. On the beach The only drawback parking.

Simply the best!

This is the absolute best location on the beach with immediate access to the boardwalk and the beach! The team provided the best service I’ve seen in years! This location is a must!

IT WAS ON THE BEACH AND HAD EASY ACCESS TO THE BEACH, THE PARKING YOU HAD TO PARK TWO BLOCKS OVER.

At first, I was skeptical, but once inside the rooms were clean, I’d like the way you could go to the back and look at the ocean go to the front and see all the stores. The staff was great and very friendly will definitely go back.

Questionable accommodations

The check in process was great with the friendliest people!! Our deadbolt didn’t work and we immediately received a room change. The room was very small but adequate. The cement corridor and stairs dipped unexpectedly and I had to use extra caution not to take a tumble. There were only stairs available. There was a small patio where you could overlook the boardwalk and beach. We parked in the small lot attached which was very convenient. While a pet friendly hotel, there was nowhere to take your pet. The grass attached to the hotel belonged to an ice cream shop and was marked not to use. This presented an issue. When we checked out, the man working was extremely rude and refused to give me a receipt stating I had booked through hotels.com. I doubt we would stay again.

It's just ok of a place

For last minute the room worked. Ownership is trying. To be in such a great opportune location more can be done. Lobby personnel can be a bit nicer, understanding. And yet people who reserve here need to know 1) Not everything you see online is what you get 2) and you definitely get what you pay for. People these days should know if you pay Motel 6 prices your stay will not be like staying at the Marriott. I have faith Ocean 24 will work on getting their game together.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . The room was clean but a little dark. I did not look if did not have an elevator . The stairs were a little much to bring things up and down. The location is on the beach and for hotel was a good choice for the money just would of liked an elevator

We booked here last minute due to some mix up in reservations but for a last minute spot it was great. It is right on the board walk, making it easy access. Owners were great and attentive to any and all needs! I will say the bathroom could be a bit cleaner but overall we would book here again !!

Bed was very comfortable. Older motel but the rooms have been renovated. The fridge worked good. I’ve been to motes where the freezer just would not freeze, not here 😀 Staff was gracious and accommodating. We will stay there again 😀
