Location was great for a short stay. Easy walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. Rooms were decent but common areas were very dirty. They need someone dedicated to outside/parking lot area cleanup.

The toilet ran constantly, the refrigerator had water laying in the bottom of it. There were no wash clothes or Kleenex in the room so I had to ask for the wash clothes. They had removed the faucet from the tub and put it higher up in the wall but left the hole from the removed faucet in the tub. The one good thing about it, you really couldn’t hear the traffic on the strip and the room was quiet.

We got 2 rooms, one beside other , two door divide rooms, nice clean and they came out and cleaned in our week we stayed , breakfast no much , first couple days of some bars apple and yogurt, we didn’t care about, they have coffee and juice makers in front office, as much you want, in room coffee maker we didn’t used staff nice and friendly, parking nice and clean , pool was nice people were using we stay at beach all the time , for price we paid for that area is very good, beach is cross the street , definitely we will go again and recommend it for , is not top of line hotel mid July A/C was working amazing

Close to beach, rooms were never cleaned, had to empty are own trash, never got fresh towels. Property was dirt trash about parking lot, stairwell was dirty and smelled as well as elevator. Television was broke until day before we left even after reporting it to staff multiple times, staff spoke little to no English and didn't understand much Englis. Continental breakfast was cereal bars, coffee and juice.
